To connect to our programs you need the following: 

1. A good internet connection
2. A device connected to the internet
3. A zoom account may be needed
4. Headsets and a way for you to communicate visually with the instructor (cameras in the device)

We will send you the Zoom Link 2 days prior to the program starting.  All information will be sent to the email the order was placed on.  Because of security reasons for the enrolled child, we are unable to send the information to any other email. 

All login information will be send 2 days prior to the program starting.  We do not send it earlier as we have found it is best to have it relatively high up in parent's mail boxes.  The login information will include the Zoom link for your child's program.

Please email us at hello@explorerhop.com only if you have not received this information on the Friday prior to the program starting.   It would be great if you can include the following information:

1. Your name
2. Order Number

Once we get the email, an Explorer Hop Team member will contact you with the relevant details. 

Our age requirements reflect the best ages to understand the material and interact with others in the class.  If your child is younger and you feel like they may still be able to grasp the information, please complete the Contact Us form and provide us with the following details:

1. Your Name
2. Your Email
3. Program you are interested in 
4. Current age & grade of your child
5. A little information about why you feel your child would be ok in an advanced level class. 

We need a minimum of 12 students to book a private group class. 

Private group classes are available for the following programs: 

• Kid Entrepreneurs (Ages 6-9) 
• Young Entrepreneurs (Ages 9-12)
• Teen Entrepreneurs (Ages 12-15)
• Graphic Design (ages 9-14)
• Video-Editing (Ages 10-14)
• Make your own Website (Ages 10-14) 

To request a private group class, please Contact us with the following information: 

1. Your Name
2. Your Email
3. Program you are interested in 
4. Age of Students 
5. Dates you are interested in

We will confirm availability and once the class is made private, we request all registrations be completed in 2-3 days.  

Our programs are non-refundable.  We are able to offer a credit that you can use to register your child to another program.  

Here is the process to request that: 

1) Send us an email to hello@explorerhop.com with the following information

• Your name
• The Order Number
• Which Program you would like to change to
• Which dates you would like for the program 

2) An Explorer Hop Team member will contact you to see if we have space available and are able to accommodate your request. 

3) If we are able to accommodate your request we may issue you a gift card that you can then use to register for the programs you would like. 

We are absolutely intending to have in-person camps this summer. Our hope is to start these as soon as the guidelines from the government and health authorities become available.  We will provide all parents with an update of the camp as they become available.  

We have a referral program for all families that enroll with us. 

When you refer someone, you get 5% of whatever they spent towards your next program.  The referral amount is only valid on the first program the person you referred takes. If more than one program is enrolled in during their first order, you will get 5% on the more expensive order.  This means, if they have registered in their first order for a program that costs $100 and another that costs $200, you will get 5% of $200 as referral fees. The referral program is by family. This means if one child enrolls in a program and then a sibling enrolls in another program, we would provide a referral fee only for the first child. 

The amount you receive in referrals can only be redeemed towards programs offered at Explorer Hop.  No cash equivalent is provided.  It cannot be used for non-program expenses.

All sales are final and we are currently unable to provide refunds.  

We may be able to provide a credit that you can use for another program if you choose to change at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program.  

Once the program starts we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds. 

If you have enrolled your child in a program where they do not meet the age or academic grade level, we are not able to provide refunds.  We can try to accommodate them during the class, but would request that it may be better to enroll them in a program which is age and grade appropriate for them. 

If you are signing up for an advance level (Levels 2-4 ) you are required to do the previous levels before.  If you feel like your child already has the knowledge that was covered in previous levels, please contact us and we will tell you what is the best option. 

Our programs are offered online to a global audience.  You can join our programs from anywhere.
